Purpose

These Terms of Use (hereinafter “TOU”) specify the contractual framework for the relationship between Hopscotch Tourim and any user of the Hopscotch Tourim.com website (www.hopscotchtourism.com). These Terms determine the rules of access to the Site and its terms of use that all users acknowledge they accept, without reservation, whenever they visit the Site.

The TOU may be modified at any time and each change is immediately applicable. As such, users are asked to read the TOU every time they visit the Site.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The TOU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, the Paris Court of Appeal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the TOU, notwithstanding multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties, which the user acknowledges by their acceptance hereof.
